Miori offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 In Ontario

We offer standard shipping with Canada post only.

We do not ship outside of Canada

Free pick up in-store for online purchases. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up at the store.

Delivery times are subject to the shipping locations.
You may only ship to one address per order. We cannot ship an order to multiple locations. Hence, place a separate order for each address.
Orders received over the weekend and on major holidays will be processed the following business day.
Before your order has been prepared for shipment, our Customer Service team can help you cancel an item or where possible change the size of an item within your order.
If an order needs to be cancelled or made changes to, please contact us at info@mioriboutique.comduring business hours for immediate assistance (9am - 6pm). Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to edit billing or shipping details, combine orders or add additional products to an existing order.
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us after placing your order. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent another email confirming shipping. Orders take around 1-2 business days to process, so if you place an order on a Friday, the order will not be shipped until the following Monday.
If item/items are out of stock during order processing, you will be informed via an email and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
During holidays or times of high demand, your order may take longer than usual to process. Please bear with us as we are a small independent company; However, we promise to fulfill your orders to the best of our abilities.

The shipping rates within Canada as followed:

In-Store pick up is free.
In Ontario, Standard Post is $15.00, plus applicable taxes ( Estimated delivery 3-10 business days).
Shipping to other provinces in Canada is $25 plus applicable taxes.
Express-post is $25.00, plus applicable taxes. (Estimated Delivery time 2-4 business days).
Free Shipping on any orders $150.00 or more before taxes anywhere in Ontario.

Tracking your order:

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Just click on the link provided to track your order.

Delays in Shipping:

We work with Canada Post for all of our shipping needs. Depending on your location and the shipping service you choose, delays may be experienced due to the extra precautions taken to ensure the sanitization of delivery packages. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order.
