Refund policy

 

 Online Purchases:

  • Merchandised purchased ONLINE with any method of payment should be returned by mail in order to credit the account within 10 days of the order confirmation date. (Please see Online Return by mail policy.)
  • Please note that shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable.
  • You must present a valid receipt. The original ticket must be attached and items must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged
  • Refunds will be issued with the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Miori Boutique .
  • Miori Boutique reserves the right to limit or refuse a return at its sole discretion.

  Final Sale Items  Online:

These items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for Refund or Exchange.

  • Accessories, Custom Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Earrings, Hosiery, Tights and Shoes cannot be Exchanged or Returned.
  • Swimwear, if the hygiene seal has been removed;
  • Undergarments may not be Exchanged or Returned
  • Items marked down 50% off or more 
  • Gift Cards. 

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at info@mioriboutique.com.

 Exchange Items Online:

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you purchased and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • Online purchased merchandise can also be returned in person at our Miori Boutique store within 10 days of the order confirmation date. But in this case, we’re only able to issue a refund on a gift card
  • You must present a valid receipt. The original ticket must be attached and items must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • To exchange an item purchased online, send us an email at Info@mioriboutique.com, or call customer service at 416-214-4848 during the business hours to receive return Authorization Number. 

Price Adjustments:

 Online purchases are not eligible for price adjustment.

 

On-Line Return By Mail For Full Refund:

  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@mioriboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of the order confirmation date.
  • Please email us with your order number and the item(s) with the reason you wish to return to receive a return authorization number. Please write down the return authorization number (RA) on the outside of the package and the original packing slip must be included inside the package or goods will not be accepted at the time of delivery.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Please ship the items you wish to return within 10 days of the order confirmation date, along with your receipt/packing slip. Please retain the tracking number for your reference.

 Please note that Miori Boutique is not responsible for any delays or missing items during return shipping. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and your refund will be made in the form of the original payment.

 

 To Return To Store:

  • Online purchased merchandise can also be returned in person at our Miori Boutique store within 10 days of the order confirmation date. But in this case, we’re only able to issue a refund on a gift card
  • Please bring your original invoice or order confirmation email along with the item(s) you would like to return, to the Miori store.
  • All items must have their original tags attached and Items must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged. (Please see return policy for more info.)
